You may request a full refund within 60 days of your initial purchase or any annual renewal, for any reason. No forms, no phone-tree gauntlet.
Email support@menherrantivirus.com with the order number from your receipt. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If a renewal charged you within the last 60 days, the renewal is fully refundable under the policy above. Older charges are not generally refundable, but please contact us if you believe there is an error — we'll review every case individually.
Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals; it does not by itself trigger a refund. To request a refund, email us as described above.
